 adnan, i miss you. :(as usual, at werk, i was being asked to partner wif 2 china guys. ken and li yong. so super funny laa these 2 guys. most of the time, we were teaching each other. i feel like a P2 kid laa. trying to converse wif them in chinese. lol. thanks to my daily dose of chinese drama, i kinda understand wat they were saying.. hehs! so, 25mins before i end werk today, one of the guest came to a roo m i was cleaning. me: "yes, sir?' guest: "wat time does the door close?" well, his an indian guy, straight from indian. wait, i aint being racist here. i sumtimes haf a hard time underrstanding them. me: "door? ouh, the reception, u mean? its 24 hours, there fer you." guest: "no, no! the door. is the door 24hours?" at last, i gt his question. he was asking if he needs to come back by a certain time. cos, ours uses the card to open the door, right? so, he was afraid if after a certain timing, the door would be locked. i wanted to laugh laa. but, i cntrolled. i smiled widely. me: "the door is 24hours as well" i laughed. guest: "ooooooo." shaking his head. shheesshh! haha. funny laa. weird weird people! |
